Electone idol (EI) 2 weeks away...yes. Hmm, so we are back to that song after all the this and that. What song? Come see Unsettled play it =P I won't tell. Good luck us, good luck Unsettled. (Sounds a bit weird) lol! Ok...so after a week of resting/lazing, everyone's kinda in a blur mode! A lil mess when we practice. HMMM! Next week is final practice already before rehearsal. OMG... Even I was with Ms Liew for piano class...I was horrible in playing my song.... I can't even get my chords for my improvisation!! =_=" Anyway, yesterday I meet another electone friend, Alvin. He's interested to join the band, so he came with us to Yamaha to meet Ms Thong. But hmm, she say our group is kinda full, so I guess Alvin need to join another group, sigh. After class we stayed a while to play some songs, Alvin's coool!! Good in playing man!! Si heng!! He played some song on d EL-500, Awesome! It's actually almost full with the song by this very same composer All are played by famous electonist Yoshihiro Andoh 安藤禎央. Ayura...It’s my favourite electone song so far, especially the intro part! I’m so addicted with it. Some short intro about Andoh copied from Yamaha website Yoshihiro ANDOH has been an official Electone professional player of Yamaha Music Foundation since 1997. He performed the stages not only in Japan but also Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore and Malaysia. He performed his stage with many popular musicians in Japan. He has been quite popular by started from young women especially, by his melodious songs and his fresh character. He also has an established reputation not only as a EL professional player, but also he plays an active role as a composer of TV and radio programs, events of competitive sports, and games but also as music arrangers. I realize it quite hard to find information about electones in English, especially Stagea series. The official electone website - Electone Station is in Japanese, so…yea… I’ve trying to search for Stagea models’ specs but couldn’t really find english ones. So I downloaded their user manual. That time I wasn’t even an electone student yet, just went for the sake of interested and curiousity towards the Electone, Stagea was launched on 2004. This year, again I went to watch the event, which held at the same venue, Plenary Theatre, KL Convention Centre. This is my 3rd time in this hall this year. First was JOC . Second was Cannes Prediction. Third was this Electone Concours. Watching this year’s event was more complete feeling than last year because I went to the regional finals as well. This one’s the national finals at Plenary Theatre. The ticket The booklet ~ so cute the design The stage ~ There’s only 2 Stagea Custom on stage this year, no Mini was on stage.
