You are on your back in the dark
That is kinda the line that kept appearing in the book I just finished reading. This semester I admit, I read lesser, reason being I only go down to the main campus like 2 days a week and one of the day I don't even have time to have lunch break, class all day. So last week I actually pick up a lot of books and today I pick up a few books too when I went down to return my dvds and I happen to already finish reading one of the books. It's "Company" by Samuel Beckett, it's the longest prose he written apparently. Quite interesting one, as he kinda says to someone who wanted to make this into a play that we when we are born, we started to die. It only took me like an hour to read this book, but some parts touched me, as I go on, my mind...I think back in time....now I feel....oddd....calm but sad. Well, is ok, good one, try to read this book if you have a chance, short but interesting. Apparently this book is in CityU library since August 1984! It was published in 1...
Rainy day~
It's been a while since I last blogged. It's now week 6 i think in a new semester for me in CityU and everything just got on track quite ok, last week was a horror week =P And that of today is Thursday which suppose to be my off day but I normally go for a sit in class. Well anyhow, is a relax day for me, to get some things done in the morning, and get my mind some off time too. Well, haven't been going out much for month to be exact now, had a muscle torn at my left leg joint near the groin area and made me quite unable to walk much for weeks. Got stuck out in the cold when I try to go somewhere, when I walked out, the temperature outside literally frozen my injured muscle that I'll be in so much pain and all I can do is just stay at the same spot until the pain goes away and I'll be able to walk again, and that normally takes an hour or so. LOL, never felt walking was so much of an effort before. Learnt from this now. It's getting better, just still slight pai...
First week at SCM
It's a few weeks late, but I just got my laptop like last week and got things sorted out. So now I have some time to post up some stuffs~ My first week at School Of Creative Media (SCM), City University of Hong Kong, was an O-Week~ As in orientation week. We each are given 2 white cube box and have to do something about it. I have group up with 3 other people and come up with this, PANDA~ Hehe, it was fun setting up this small little installation art~ People are suppose to destroy the installation and rebuild it again, to bring out the message, to destroy something is easy and preserving is actually easy as well if you put a heart into it. SCM is located inside this new building call Run Run Shaw Creative Media Centre or we call it CMC. This is an awesome building design by Daniel Libeskind. One of the part of outlook of CMC Inside CMC : Stairs~ The stairs structure are nicely built, from G to 3rd floor it only take a while of walking and not feeling tired at all~ Some arts relate...
